For e.g.
Configuring a shipping rule for Indian customers, that should charge as follows -
- If total price is in between 0 - 1000, then charge shipping of amount Rs. 100
- If total price is greater than 1000 then make shipping free

To achieve the above scenario -
- First, you need to configure a group rule of type cartAddress for country India
- Create a shipping rule of type flatrate, add the required range in that and attach the above grouprule with it.
