Simple Store Locator

A very powerful Simple Store locator extension for Magento. FULL CSS Control.

This store locator allows you to easily enter addresses so your customers can find the nearest store. 

The store locator will show at www.[yoursite].com/storelocator with Google maps integration, Google address integration, along with comments or any otjer info you want displayed to the user (i.e url, images, comments, etc). This is a very powerful, simple to use, and clean extension.

The code is written so it should work on almost all Magento installs, but it is tested on 1.5+.  MONEY BACK GUARENTEE if it does not work for your site.

All pages have AJAX enabled. The Admin area intentionally is made to be simple, and very easy to use allowing quick updates and additions

To use simply do the following:

• 1. Install (simply download upon checkout at our store, and go to system->Magento Connect->Magento Connect Manager, and upload the file you will get, and that is it.
• 2. Click the store locator tab that now shows up in your admin panel.
• 3. Use the Address assist to find any address and click on the correct one.
• 4. Enter any additional information you want your customers to see in the info field. you can also use HTML tags.
• 5. Click add.

That is it, at that point your customers will see all your stores and be able to search by their zip-code for the closest distance location. The list can be sorted by you for the default listing prior so you can highlight any stores you would like and make them appear first.

The admin control is pretty self explaniary, simply add or edit any item, When you click edit, it will re-populate the data boxes to make your modifications without leaving the page. Simply change whatever criteria and re-save. Note: In future versions coming very shortly, you will be able to set the amount displayed. This version will work very well. This extension allows for a very simple and clean store locator function. All design settings are located in /skin/frontend/base/default/css/ftf_storelocator.css. The pages all have ajax built retrievals so it is very smooth and elegant and so simple anyone can use.
