Data Syncronisation:
•    Historical and ongoing data-syncronisation.  Upon installing the connector you will not only synchronise your customers data going forward but it will pass your entire Magento customer database back to dotMailer for powerful marketing opportunities;

Data Field Mapping:

Map all of your Magento customers to one address book and seperate your opt-in 'subscribers' to a different address book.  It will also sync Magento's 'subscribed' status with your dotMailer account so if someone unsubscribes from your emails, they will also be unsubscribed in Magento.

ROI & Page Tracking:
Implement dotMailer ROI and/or page tracking allowing for granular reporting on each individual email campaign.

Recency Frequency & Monetary Segmentation:
Our data syncronisation also includes a customers Average Order Value, Total Customer Spend and Total Number of Orders which can be used for further segmenation.

Lost Baskets:
Send up to 3 lost basket follow up emails at time intervals you decide.  It allows you to choose a different campaign for each trigger and to send different campaigns to customers and guests.

SMS:
Send personalised dynamic SMS notifications to your customers as their order changes status from within Magento.

Multi Website and Multi Store support:
If you are running multiple websites and/or multiple stores in Magento then you will have the ability to synrconise your data in one dotMailer account with seperate address books or seperate dotmailer accounts with seperate address books.
