Automatic Product Relations Pro

The extension allows automatic (by pressing a button) determining of relations between products (related products / cross-sale). Relations are based on the analysis of shopping carts as well as users’ wish lists and product categories.

All you need to begin the process of creating new product relations is to click the Generate Product Relations button. The extension will generate new relations to add recommendations of complementary merchandise to products (this may take several minutes). Product relations being generated, a user gets a relations report.The extension allows specifying the number of related products displayed on the frontend.

The module allows significant saving of admin’s time, but one should pay attention because each time the Product Relations button is clicked all previous product relations get overwritten. However, it is possible to edit product relations after their automatic generation.

The strong point of our extension in comparison to those of our competitors is execution of all operations on your server side without having to remove your sales data which is a more secure way of adding related products. However, it is advisable to launch the generation of product relations during off-peak hours.
