Request For Quote / Hide Prices / Negotiate Price

Description

The Magento Request For Quote module is useful for being able to allow your customers to request a quote for the products in your website. Optionally you can hide prices until you reply to the quote request (for those wishing to hide prices from your competitors). You can also negotiate special pricing for your customers.

Features

• Customers can submit a request for quote either with or without an account
• Request for Quote email confirmation is submitted to the customer and admin
• Quote requests can be managed in admin. Admin can adjust the pricing and submit the quote with comments to the customer
• Customer can accept or reject the quote. Accepted quotes can be purchased by the customer on the customer side, or the admin can convert the quote to an order form the admin side.
• Products can be set to hide price, disable regular checkout, and have a request for quote button
• Admin cn adjust the quote statuses. By default there are statuses like pending, accepted, rejected, but custom ones can be assigned
• Customer can view their quotes from their my account section
• Each product in the quote can have comments assigned to it, as well as the overall quote can have comments
• Compatible with our Rental Booking Software extension

Please note: the demo also has our rental module installed so you can see how request for quote works with it. Our rental module is not included with request for quote.
