Contact Us with Newsletter

With This Extension the news-letter Check-Box added with Contacts Us page. You can also easily customize the extension.

You can find the phtml file in frontend/default/default/template/contacts/form.phtml

In this there is a newletter check Box code. You can place it anywhere you want to show in contact us page. This extension helps you to easily get the newsletter checkBox in you default Contacts Us page.
