EAN payment extension

Receive payments from public authorities and institutional customers

The EAN payment extension makes it possible to receive payment via an EAN number. The module creates a new payment method in your Magento webshop that allows your customers to enter an EAN number, requisition number, and reference.

The EAN extension is capable of validating the EAN number doing checkout. And if the extension finds that the EAN number is not valid, it will inform the customer.

Setting options

Our EAN extension comes with several configuration options. One of the configuration options controls when the payment method should be available. Based on the an orders subtotal, you can control when the EAN payment pethod should be available. E.g. you can set the module to only be available if the subtotal is over e.g. €500.

Compatible with the e-conomic extension

All entered EAN information is available on the order info page in the Magento administration panel. Furthermore the EAN payment extension is compatible with our e- conomic extension. This means, that if a customer uses the EAN payment, the information is corectly and automatically synchronized with e-conomic for further processing (invoicing through NemHandel etc.). This feature obviously requires that you purchase our e- conomic extension.
