Duplicated Bundle Products Connections fix

Do you have products that are shown under wrong filters? Do you add new products duplicating old ones? And reindex doesn't help?

In standard magento version 1.6.x-1.8.x when you are duplicating bundle product - new product will have some errors in database. Because of that error when you deleted old product custom options out of duplicated product, connections are still left in databases.
