You can define a list of e-mails that will receive the daily / weekly (whatever time frame you think it is necessary) notifications with products that are low in stock.

Your company should never run out of stocks, which is why this extension is essential for managing your logistic flows. Once you receive the alert for low stocks, your Purchase responsible can right away jump on re-filling these stocks.

E-mail frequency

You can choose to get these reports instantly, daily, weekly or when an order is placed, if this option is enabled. For weekly and daily reports it is possible to configure the hour and the day (weekly only) when the report will be generated. There is also the possibility to manually run a report.

For instant messages, this module will sent e-mails in the moment when the stock alert value is reached for a product. The e-mail will be sent once for each product (e.g: if the stock alert value is 5, this e-mail is sent only once, when stock drops to 5 or lower).

For daily reports, notifications will be sent once, every day. For weekly reports, they will be sent only once per week, in an established day and hour.
