Belonging to the changes in revocation and withdrawal laws for all online shops in the EU, we now offer an exclusive extension for Magento (versions 1.4-1.8) which gives you the opportunity to make some of the required alterations very easy. You and your customers will have a transparent and comfortable way to deal with revocations.
Our "revocation" extension for Magento CE offers the following features:
1. Customers will have a new "revocation" section in their customer account. Here they can view all orders and revoke an order or only party of it very easily.
2. Guests can access a freely customizable CMS page with a withdrawal / revocation form. Here they have to enter the combination of order number and zip code of the recipient. We chose this special combination because of many shops using Amazon syncs software for example. Amazon does not show the customers email address, so a revocation would not be possible.
3. The revocation of each individual item of the order and the amount thereof can be selected. The customer must specify when he has received the order.
4 Furthermore, the store / shop owner can set whether to ask for the reason for the revocation, which can be selected from a drop down b the customer.
5. A very important feature is the automatic check of the revocation / withdrawal deadline period. The shop owner can define this period of days between completion of the order in the shop and notice of cancellation. A cancellation after this period will generally be rejected.
6. The revocation / withdrawal law states that the shop owner must ALWAYS make a withdrawal form available for download. This form (PDF) can be uploaded in the backend and will always be displayed as a download in the front end within the withdrawal area.
7. Another regulation by law is the acknowledgment of receiption of the revocation. For this case the shop owner can use every transactional email template to send the customer the prescribed acknowledgment of receipt by email.
8. The shop admin can access a new "revocation" grid in the backend. A separate section of all incoming revocation positions is now available. This data can easily be sorted and exported.
This revocation extension for Magento allows shop owners to meet the prescribed new field of providing the revocation possibilities quickly and easily and even more comfort to offer customers beyond.
This extension can be used before June 13. of course. You can install and use it immediately so you can relax more on June 12./13. Save much time and cost editing your shop!

Nun bieten wir eine exklusive Extension an, die es Ihnen und Ihren Kunden sehr einfach macht, die einige neuen Bestimmungen zum Widerrufsrecht schnell und komfortabel umzusetzen.
Unsere "Widerruf" Extension bietet folgende Möglichkeiten:
1. Kunden haben einen neuen Bereich "Widerruf" in ihrem Benutzerkonto. Hier können Sie alle Bestellungen einsehen und bequem widerrufen.
2. Gäste können über eine frei gestaltbare CMS Seite auf ein Widerrufsformular zugreifen, welches nach der Kombination aus Bestellnummer und Postleitzahl des Empfängers fragt. Wir haben uns für diese Kombination entschieden, da z.B. bei Nutzung von Amazon Bestellsynchronisierungen nicht die Kunden eMail Adresse übermittelt wird, sondern nur eine kryptisierte.
3. Für den Widerruf kann jeder einzelne Artikel der Bestellung und dessen Menge gewählt werden. Der Kunde muss weiterhin angeben wann er die Sendung erhalten hat.
4. Weiterhin kann der Shopbetreiber einstellen, ob nach dem Grund des Widerrufs gefragt werden soll, der in einem Dropdown gewählt werden kann.
5. Eine sehr wichtige Funktion besteht in der Zeitraum Prüfung. Der Shopbetreiber kann hinterlegen wie lange der Zeitraum zwischen Versand und Widerrufserklärung maximal sein darf. Ein Widerruf nach diesem Zeitraum wird generell abgelehnt.
6. Der Gesetzgeber schreibt vor, dass der Shopbetreiber IMMER ein Widerrufsformular zum Download bereit stellen muss. Dieses kann im Backend als PDF hochgeladen werden und wird als Download im Frontend im Widerrufsbereich stets als möglicher Download angezeigt.
7. Eine weitere Vorschrift betrifft die Eingangsbestätigung des Widerrufs. Hier kann der Shopbetreiber jedes Transaktions eMail Template nutzen, um den Kunden die vorgeschriebene Empfangsbestätigung per eMail zu senden.
8. Dem Shopbetreiber steht im Backend ein eigener Bereich aller eingegangener Widerrufspositionen zur Verfügung in dem alle relevanten Informationen angezeigt werden. Diese Daten können sortiert und exportiert werden.
Diese Extension ermöglicht es Shopbetreibern schnell und unkompliziert den vorgeschriebenen neuen Bereich der Bereitstellung der Widerrufsmöglichkeiten zu erfüllen und den Kunden darüber hinaus noch mehr Komfort zu bieten.
Selbstverständlich können Sie diese Extension auch jetzt schon einsetzen. Sie brauchen nicht bis zum 13. Juni zu warten. So haben Sie später mehr Zeit für andere Anpassungen.
