Where to locate and configure the extension in the admin panel

The Duplicate Category extension adds a new tab called "Duplicate Category" in the Admin Panel. First go to Catalog > Manage Categories and then select a category. The Duplicate Category tab only shows when a category is selected and the extension is enable. The Duplicate Category extension setting are in System > Configuration > Catalog > Duplicate Category > Settings
