Custom Navigation Bar - Categories, CMS Pages, Direct Links

By default, Magento does not allow you much control over the top navigation bar. Categories are simply put in order, allowing no control for adding additional links to other pages --- even the homepage! This extension adds a new area to the admin CMS menu called "Navigation." From there, you are able to add menu/navigation links and customize the order in which they appear in your top menu. You can add a relative url, a direct link, or a top-level category (If you select a top level category, that category and all its children are rendered --- there is no need to add in each subcategory by hand)

The extension is very simple, and updates Magento unobtrusively. As such, as long as you are using the native "top menu" functionality, this extension should not interfere with any others.
