1) Install Pushover Notification extension into your Magento shop

2) Download the pushover app into your smartphone/tablet, and create an account, note your user key

3) Create a pushover website app (https://pushover.net/apps), note down the app api key

4) Add your app API key and user key in System->Configuration->Woodlo->Pushover Notification
