Multi User Account

Extension Description

The Magento Multi User Account Extension is a very simple module that turns a standard Magento account into a multiple users account with different level of access permissions.

This extension is a great solution for companies that own a Magento account and would like to provide access to several employees, without risking their sensitive data. By creating sub-accounts, you can determine the user roles and allow each of your employees to perform different actions in accordance to their role in the company.

For example, one person could be granted the ability to buy, while another can only view the extension is a perfect solution.

Sub-account permissions can be set as:

Read Only- User can view information such as purchase history and reports, but cannot make modifications
Modify Account Information- User can only modify general profile information such as addresses and names
Order Creation- User can create new orders, but cannot modify profile information
Order Creation & Modify Account- User can create orders and modify the profile information

Setting up your Magento multi user account

After installing the extension, a new User Management option will appear, allowing the account owner to add and remove account users, and configure their sub-account settings. This is a very simple and intuitive solution which will empower the account user to control all user access to his account
