Enable your customers to ask questions on your product page
Our Product Questions extension for Magento adds a fully integrated question and answer panel on the bottom of your product pages, enabling you customers to directly submit their questions on the front-end. The product questions panel is fully responsive and AJAX-based, so the product page doesn't have to reload when a question is submitted or when browsing through the question pages.
The Q&A panel can be integrated by displaying it direcly underneath the product info tabs or by adding a new Product Questions tab to the menu. You can set the amount of questions per page and optionally require your customers to log in to submit questions.
User friendly Questions Manager and customizable e-mail notifications
Questions can be easily managed in the extension's Question Manager interface, which includes handy quick-links to the product's front- and back-end page. Product questions won't appear on the product page unless they are approved, although it's also possible to enable the auto-approve function. Answers can be directly submitted on the product page, answered by e-mail to the customer or both.
Of course the question and answer e-mails are fully customizable and can be enhanced with various insertable variables.
