What is Caching?
Caching is a technique used to optimize software. It involves "saving" the result of expensive operations for reuse later. You might paint it once, but after the first time, it would be much faster to take a picture of your completed painting and sell the prints! The same idea applies to caching

The product pages and category pages are fully cached by this extension. These 2 pages take the longest to load (and will be the most trafficked pages on your site, aside from the homepage).
