CustomerGauge Net Promoter System Integration

This extension allows businesses to integrate their Magento sites with their Net Promoter program, running on CustomerGauge.

Using this extension, Magento customer order details are sent automatically to CustomerGauge after each completed order using the CustomerGauge API. Customers are automatically emailed after a period of time (usually set at 7 days) and invited to take a small Net Promoter survey. Non-respondents are sent a reminder email.

CustomerGauge then manages follow up with Support Staff, tracking issues until completion.

Features of this plug-in:

• Select field mapping (both Magento and CustomerGauge)
• Manual "push" of data to CustomerGauge using the Sales screen for as many orders (useful for historical orders on first time use)
• or select Automatic to "push" all orders upon completion.
