This extension replace native Magento OnePage checkout and allows you to do checkout on one page with one step

Was designed to fit (as much as possible) on any customized Magento OnePage checkout
References existing layout handles from OnePage checkout and Shopping Cart page. This is very helpful if your Magento installation has custom Product Types or custom Cart Totals installed with custom renderers since they will be used automatically

Adds ability to edit cart items quantity using order review block during checkout process
