The plugin creates an article from a message sent via Contacts component (com_contacts) and saves it in the specified category as well as sends a copy of the message to a specified e-mail. This provides a website owner the full control of all incoming messages.
Using JMB CopyLetters a website owner can be informed about all messages which Contact persons receive via Contact component. It’s can be a very useful when you have website with big infrastructure and there is a group of contacts or subdivisions of the company (corporate website, city portal or educational institution site) which you want to control.
How it works
JMB CopyLetters performs two functions: creates articles from messages and optionally sends a copy of all incoming messages to the specified e-mail.
