CSV Currency Convert is a virtuemart currency plugin that support manual adding lots of currencies by using a CSV data file located in joomla! cache directory.

Install Instructions: Just download it and install it using joomla installer. After that, just edit the CSV file located in joomla! cache directory to manually add or modify currency exchange rates
