Select what CSS style your tooltip needs to be for the required input message. And select the position in relation to the input field for the Tooltip to show.

Besides the standard TEXT input field you can also set a TEXTAREA for your customers to fill.

Each selection of the customer is shown in the cart of your webshop and also displayed in the order overview. Ofcourse the field values are displayed in the backend for you as store manager and in the frontend for your customers.
