Global Configuration for SEO

This component displays and saves the same data as the Global Configuration->SITE tab. Being a separate component allows you to define its permissions separately.

The Joomla's default System->Global Configuration page is accessible to Super Users or Super Admins only.
I needed to allow an Administrator( a SEO guy) access only to the "SITE" tab without giving him Super Admin rights.

So I took the com_config component and strippped it down to show only the "SITE" page (Site settings, SEO Settings, Metadata Settings).
Added permissions for core.admin and core.manage so you can allow any group of users to have access to the component and its permissions option.

P.S. I am very sorry for the time when my site was messed by mistake. All links are again working again.
