Ohanah Bridge for Smart Countdown

Adds automatic events import from Ohanah to Smart Countdown v2.2 or later.

Main features:
- automatic countdown events change based on Ohanah events dates, times and event duration
- select Ohanah categories to pull events from
- Ohanah module(s) display is not required
- countdown/count up modes and events switch trigger is configurable:
1. Countdown only
2. Count up only
3. Auto - count up during event progress, countdown to the next event afterwards
4. Fixed mode time from/before the event
- support for overlapping and recurring events
- independent configuration for each Smart Countdown instance
- Ohanah events title display modes: before text, after text, none
- Ohanah event title can act as a link to event details view in native Ohanah(if configured so in module's settings)
- Event title can include information about "Places left" for event registration (if configured so in module's settings and for events with limited number of attendees). This information is updated in real time, update frequency can be adjusted in plugin's settings
