JMB CopyLetters

The aim
Using JMB CopyLetters a website owner can be informed about all messages which Contact persons receive via Contact component. It’s can be a very useful when you have website with big infrastructure and there is a group of contacts or subdivisions of the company (corporate website, city portal or educational institution site) which you want to control.

How it works
JMB CopyLetters performs two functions: creates articles from messages and optionally sends a copy of all incoming messages to the specified e-mail.

What you can do with JMB CopyLetters?
You can create a special category and using Joomla ACL limit the access to all groups expect the preferable one (i.e. Super user). All messages sent by other users via Contact component will be saved as Content articles to this specified category. It will include the following data:
- Date of the message (Date of creation)
- Name of sender (Author’s alias)
- Message subject (Name of the article)
- Message text + sender’s e-mail = intro text of the article
- Article’s author can be set in plugin default settings
- Category of the article is taken from the plugin settings.

The plugin has the following localisations: English and Russian.
