Mailbridge

In the frontend, a used gets an extra tab in his Community Builder profile allowing to choose his preferences.

In the backend, the administrator (or ACL approved users) can set the URL for the mailman account and the options to have visible.

The code is well documented to allow customisation of the code or adding extra modules or plugins

Planned options:
- Also have a seperate page to edit your profile, so it doesn't need CB anymore
- Have a module to allow certain features to be highlighted (f.e. nomail appears as "Vacation mode" button)
- possibility to manage multiple mailinglists
