3. Customer can see the answers to their questions. Also can see questions/answers which are posted by other customers.
4. Admin can enable or disable particular question/answer to display it at frontend.
5. Registered & Unregistered both customers can post the question. If question is posted by registered customer then customer will receive an email when answer is posted by admin.
