Automatic Email Reminder

Are you looking for reminder functionality for your store? You’ve just found a great solution! This extension allows you to set your own rule and notify your customers automatically. You can use this reminder for any email template you want.

How it works?

First you can set how many days after the order placement the email should be sent. Then you should choose which order statuses will allow the email to be sent. Then the system will check if there are any orders that match your rules every day. If so, it will send the email to the customer that placed the specific order. It’s that simple!

How can I use it?

You can create a reminder that sends emails to ask customers to write a product review on items they bought. We prepared a template for you that can be found in Transactional Emails section under “Automatic Email Reminder”. Give it a try!
