How to Install Area Wise Sales Reports?===================================
- Copy the Key of this extension from the Magento Connect
- Paste this key to your Magento Connect Manager.
- For that Go to your Magento admin > System > Magento Connect > Magento Connect Manager.
- Install the extension from here to your store.
How to Configure Area Wise Sales Reports?

- Go to Manage Areawise Sales Report from main menu of you Magento admin
- Now click on "Manage Pincodes"
- Enter your Pincode and Area information by clicking on "Add Pincode" button at the right corner of the page.
- Now click on "Sales Report" from "Manage Areawise Sales Report".
- You will find the area name you have added in Pincode page in the dropdown menu of the Areas.
- Please select respective areas and fill the filter of date.
- Now click on "Submit to check Sales Report" button from right corner.
- This will populate the data you wanted.
- You can also export the CSV file for that report.
- For that, create a directory var/export in your Magento root.
- Now click on "Export Orders" from the top of the same page.
- This will save a CSV file named sales_order_export in your var/export directory.
Utility and Usage:

Area wise sales report allows admin to manage (Add/Update/Delete) Pin code and Areas from admin interface and depending on that information admin can have detailed report of the total sell in particular areas with a filter of Date (From - To date).
Admin can have actual idea of the sales in particular areas and can concentrate on those areas in which the selling is best.
Admin can have full information day to day by applying date filter and can have report of sales in a particular area on particular dates with Number of orders in that area, Invoiced amount, Shipping amount, Discounted amount and much more.
