Post Danmark shipping extension

Integration with Pacsoft Online

The extension is fully integrated with the Pacsoft Online system used by Post Danmark. Pacsoft Online allows you to print labels for your orders in an easy and fast way. The extension can transfer all details such as name, address, telephone number and weight (if desired) to Pacsoft Online, so you avoid expensive typo's.

Post Denmark pickup locations

Give your customers the opportunity to use Post Danmark pickup locations as a shipping option, as well as any of the other shipping methods available through Post Danmark.

Set up multiple rates

The Pacsoft extension has the opportunity to present the user with multiple shipping options, and let the customer choose what suits the customer best. Each shipping rate can have its own title, addon 's and price. You can, for example let the customer choose between the following shipping options:

Post Denmark Home delivery to 49 -
Post Denmark Business for 39 -
Post Denmark pickup locations to 39 -

All shipping rates are fully configurable. That is, for each shipping rate you can specify one or many addon 's. All addon 's offered by Post Denmark is available through the extension.

Please note that the various addon 's can not necessarily be used with all available services.

Printing one or more labels at a time

The extension has the ability to transfer multiple orders to Pacsoft system at a time. The module adds a number of shortcuts (mass -actions) to your order grid. From the order grid you have the option to select one or more orders and print shipping labels based on shipping method, standard private label, standard commercial label or standard return label.

Edit the label information before sending

On the order information page found in the Magento administration panel you can edit all the information sent to Pacsoft system. This means that you can manually put the number of parcels, delivery notes, content, etc. Additionally, you can also change the services and addons which may originally be assigned the shipping method.

It is furthermore also possible to print a shipping label and return label from the order information page.

E-mail to print

The extension can send a e-mail to a third-party containing a link to print a shipping label. This is especially useful if you use an external warehouse to ship your products.

Import Track and Trace

The extension has the ability to automatically import Track & Trace numbers from Pacsoft online. In fact, you can configuere the extension so that it automatically creates a delivery for an order, inserts the track & trace number and sends a delivery mail to the customer containing the correct track & trace number. All this can be done automatically when the extension see that a track & trace number is available for the order.
