Another EU Cookie Law Compliance extension. This extension adds a notice telling your visitors that the site uses cookies. The notice shows up when a visitor enters the site for the first time, and remains there until it's closed.

Instalation

Install the extension going to Admin Panel / System / Magento Connect / Magento Connect Manager.

Remember that, as usual, you will need to recompile and refresh the cache if necessary. Also, you will have to logout from your admin area and then login again to be able to change the configuration.

Configuration

Go to Admin Panel / System / Configuration / General / Cookie Law Compliance to configure the extension.

If you want to change the text of the notice simply edit the corresponding /app/locale/xx_XX/Msource_CookieLaw.csv file. In case is not translated already, you can translate it by copying another Msource_CookieLaw.csv to your locale directory and then editing the file.
