Assign permissions to users for editing products and categories, Magento store views and websites
No mess when having a lot of users in your store – vendors, category managers, etc – let them see and edit certain categories and products.
Extension will be useful for:
Large Stores with Big Catalogs
Several managers or other team members (marketers, purchasing managers, sales-managers, brand-managers, etc.) use admin panel and you let them see only certain categories or products.
Multilanguage Stores
A store has offices in different countries. Limit access to products and categories by store-view to let English representatives work with English products, French representatives - with French store, etc..
Multi-vendor Stores
Lots of vendors sell their products at your Magento site, and you want to give them permissions to manage only the products, created by them.
How it Works:
Limit access by store-view/website
Super-admin can allow the actions by store-view and website:
Selective product management
Allow to manage certain products by store-view and/or website.
Selective category management
Give limited access to categories for a user.
Duplicate roles quickly
Use ‘Duplicate’ button on Role Edit page to duplicate role with all existing permissions for another user really fast!
