How do you currently gauge the health of the relationships with your customers? More often than not, our interpretation of customer satisfaction level is based on the (hopefully!) rare disgruntled email.
Build a natural feedback loop into your customer’s journey by asking them a simple question at the end of their checkout.
The first step to fixing a problem is measuring it. Asking for a simple rating, out of ten, at end of the checkout will provide insight. An optional comment box is provided for the customer that’s feeling particularly helpful.
Features
This extension adds a feedback form and a rating (between one and ten) for the customer to fill complete. On submission, an email is sent to the store owner with a summary of the customer's transaction and the submitted feedback.
How to customise
The extension sends an email to the defined email address in the extension's configuration. The extension can be enabled and disabled from the same area.

Our intention is to build this extension into a system to determine a meaningful metric to describe your current customer satistfaction levels.
