Great Control
This extension limits the number of attributes an admin user is able to change when editing a product
Not only that, but it also allows you to "remove" sidebar tabs that you just don't want an user to see/change
Security
This extension is perfect if you have a large team of people, or even outside admins that change your product information
By disabling editing of certain attributes you can rest assure that no product SKU will be translated again, stock changed and visibility missing
