Payment Methods By Customer Group
By default, Magento does not allow you to specify which payment methods a specific customer group has access to. This extension adds the ability to select which active payment methods a given customer group can use to checkout. It's very useful for vendors running a wholesale or retail store, who may want to limit which customers can use credit cards, check/money orders, etc.
The extension is very simple, it adds a new screen to the Magento system configuration menu. From within this screen, you can select a website scope (or default scope) to setup your group payment methods. Each customer group is broken into its own section, allowing you to select which individual payment methods you want enabled for that group.
