Support Portal Extension - Build a Knowledge Base
Build an interactive knowledge base section on your Magento based web store by using our Support Portal extension. Allow users to ask questions in a centralized forum, and reply to the questions posted by other users. Admin can create different categories/topics for Q/A, he can post answers, edit / moderate the questions and answers posted by other users before they are published. These questions and answers serve as FAQs for customers, which ultimately helps in conversion rate improvement.
This extension creates a support portal landing. The page contains multiple sections which includes content section, list of categories and latest questions.
Support Portal Page:
- Add content to personalize the Landing page
- Configure SEO Metas for Support Portal page
- Limit number of questions displayed in “latest question” section
- Limit number of categories to be displayed on main landing page
- To avoid spam only logged-in user can post question/answers

- Create multiple categories / Topics

Q/A Features:
- Moderate question/answers before posting
- Define the sorting order to for questions
- Define maximum number of questions per page
Member’s Profile:
Users can create profile to post questions/answers, they can upload avatar and manage their profile from their account’s page.
