It offers easy connection to Magento and also the export of received orders to a DHL software compatible file. The transmission to Easylog ensures fast and smooth shipping. As soon as an order is processed in Easylog, the created status file can be imported back into Magento. This enables comfortable tracking of shipments from wich your customers also benefit. With the email confirming shipment they also receive a tracking number by which they can check the details about their shipment’s status. Question:
The export seems to have been successful, but the order list is still empty. What can be the cause?
Answer:
Please check the configuration in "System -> Configuration -> Shipping methods", section "Easylog configuration". The important points are:
- Is the shipping method enabled?
- Is the total weight exceeded?
- Are the tier prices configured? These must be set.
- Does the weight match?
- Is the shop's country set to Germany?
- Has the order been created with an Easylog shipping method? Other orders cannot be exported.

Mit dem TechDivision DHL Easylog Modul kann die Easylog Versandhandelssoftware schnell und einfach an Magento angebunden werden. Nach Einrichtung des Moduls können eingegangene Bestellungen - entweder einzeln oder gesammelt - in eine dem Easylog V6.0 Standard entsprechende Datei exportiert werden. Dabei werden die folgenden Versandmethoden unterstützt: National, Regio AT, International. Nach Verarbeitung der Bestellungen in Easylog kann die dort erstellte Status-Datei wieder in Magento eingelesen werden. Hier kann dann ein Bestellabgleich durchgeführt werden. Bei allen versandten Bestellungen wird der Status aktualisiert und der Käufer erhält eine Email mit einer Versandtbestätigung inkl. Trackingnummer. Dadurch wird die Sendungsrückverfolgung möglich.

Antwort:
Das Problem liegt höchstwahrscheinlich an der Konfiguration, die unter "System -> Konfiguration -> Versandarten" im Abschnitt "Easylog Konfiguration" vorgenommen werden kann. Folgende Punkte sollten überprüft werden:
- Ist die Versandart aktiviert?
- Ist das Gesamtgewicht überschritten?
- Sind die Staffelpreise in der Konfiguration eingegeben? Diese müssen vorhanden sein.
- Stimmt das Gewicht überein?
- Ist das Absendeland (Shop-Standort) auf Deutschland eingestellt?
- Wurde die Bestellung mit einer Easylog-Versandart durchgeführt? "Fremde" Bestellungen lassen sich nicht exportieren.
