This extension for Magento allows you to forget about your SSL Certificate renewal date.

You can setup a time (1/2/3 day/week/month) before the expiration date to receive an email alert with a customized message, were you can add the contact details of your SSL provider or the IT department, or the instructions to renew the certificate.

Also you can enable the validation of the SHA1 Fingerprint of your SSL Certificate to increase the security of your eCommerce

Finally, theres an option to view the details of your current installed SSL Certificate in order to debug or check anything needed.
