This allows customers to enter "delivery instructions" during checkout, this information gets saved against order.

Here are the main features of this module-:

1) Delivery Instruction or order comment input field comes during checkout
2) Title of 'Delivery Instructions' label and maximum character count of delivery instructions can be managed via system configuration in admin
3) Delivery instruction information gets stored with the transaction which can be viewed against order, invoice, shipment and refund in admin
4) Delivery instruction's input field also available at the time of phone order creation from admin
5) Delivery instruction input field doesn't appear on checkout for downloadable or virtual products as expected
6) This module can be completely disabled whenever required via system configuration in admin
