CRM Ticket drastically improves the Contact Form within native Magento by creating an easy-to-use, content management system. Our extension allows you to add useful fields with the Contact Form to ensure that the customer inquiry is filtered and directed to the desired representative. The customer can select what department they want to reach, and also attach the inquiry to an existing order placed through a registered account.
CRM Ticket also supports POP & IMAP servers to automatically download emails sent to multiple email accounts.
