Customer managers

Customers can be assigned to manager groups and inside the same group they have the potential to view information from others or do actions on behalf of others within the group. Scenario: A purchasing manager who has several employee purchasers at the same location or multiple locations can grant permissions, review orders and place orders to be shipped to multiple locations but under the same account. There are three permission levels that can be set on each purchaser within the same group: none - Purchaser acts as a regular customer without any permission over others within his group. view orders - Purchaser can view the list of purchasing customers within his group, view orders, invoices, credit memos and shipments from others. impersonate - On top of the access grated by 'view orders', this set of purchasers, or Purchasing Managers, can impersonate others within his own group. Most importantly they can edit profiles, addresses and place orders on behalf of others.
