Carts Alerts

When any customer visit the site, add product to cart and then due to the any circumtences, customer leave the site without placing order. This extension allow that customer to get 3 times notification mail, so that customer can place order again. There will be a link of that product, so that customer can place order directly by clicking that link. This will increase abandoned cart recovery rate.

How to enable extension:

Go to System > Manage MAGEMANIA Modules, check "Abandoned Carts Alerts" and click "Save modules settings" button in the top right corner.

Configuration:

- When any customer leave the site without placing order after adding product to cart, This extension allow that customer to get 3 times notification mail, so that custoer leave the cart due to the any circumtances, then customer can place order again.
- You also can select email template for notification mail.
- You can add disount coupon in any of follow up email.
- you can set so that this alert will stop to the specific customers group.

For sending abandon cart notification mail:

For this, please do the following actions:

1) Make sure that "Send E-mails" option of the module is set to "No" (System >> Configuration >> Catalog >> Abandoned Carts Alerts).

2) Go to Newsletter >> Abandoned Carts Alerts >> Pending Alerts and click "Add Alert" button: Then it will open form to fill required fields

then you can create new Transactional email template and assign to newl created "alert mail". and then from abandaned cart queue, you can send notification mail.
