Use the extension Janolaw_Agb2 to reduce the risk of warning letters according to faults in terms and conditions, billing agreements and revocations. The module implements an inteface between the shop and the janolaw AG hosting-service. Text in shop are updated time controlled according to the current law by a cronjob. The Extension is potentially relevenat vor german users of magento.Important: This extension replaces an older version of this module http://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/janolaw-agb-hosting.html. To use the most curent version uninstall the old one before installing this module.
This extension is compatible to GermanSetup / MageSetup by FireGentoa' and Market Ready Germany. Contrary to the previous version standalone usage of this module is possible.
Configuration hints:
- For time controlled updates of the text in the shop magento-cronjobs need to be set up properly.
- After installing the module first time configuration needs to be run in the admin area (System -> Configuration -> Janolaw AGB Hosting -> Setup zu finden).
Mittlerweile hinlänglich bekannt sind die Abmahnrisiken durch Fehler z. B. in den AGB, der Datenschutzerklärung oder der Widerrufsbelehrung. Um das Risiko einer teuren Abmahnung zu verringern, gibt es jetzt für Magento die Extension Janolaw_Agb2. Diese bietet eine Schnittstelle zum AGB Hosting-Service des Online-Rechtsdienstleisters janolaw AG. Nach jeder rechtlichen Änderung werden die Texte durch Janolaw entsprechend angepasst und über einen Cronjob automatisch in Ihrem Magento-Shop aktualisiert. Nach korrekter Konfiguration muss sich ein Shopbetreiber also keine Sorgen mehr um fehlerhafte oder lückenhafte AGB, Datenschutzerklärungen oder Widerrufsbelehrungen machen. Achtung: Diese Extension ersetzt die ältere Version unter http://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/janolaw-agb-hosting.html. Sollten Sie noch die alte Version installiert haben, deinstallieren Sie bitte die alte Version und installieren anschließend die neue Version.
Diese Extension ist kompatibel zu den Extensions GermanSetup bzw. MageSetup von FireGento, sowie zu Market Ready Germany. Im Gegensatz zur Vorgängerversion kann sie jedoch auch Standalone eingesetzt werden.
Hinweise zur Konfiguration:
- Voraussetzung für die automatische Aktualisierung der Texte ist die korrekte Konfiguration der Magento-Cronjobs.
- Nach der Installation führt die Setup-Seite (im Magento-Backend unter System -> Konfiguration -> Janolaw AGB Hosting -> Setup zu finden) durch die Konfiguration.
