Installation
- After installing the plugin, go to System->Configuration in the admin page
- Select Zoho SalesIQ under Zoho Extensions
- Click here to sign up for Zoho SalesIQ and get the widget code
- Paste the widget code in the Chat Widget Code text area
- If you need a floating chat window, select Enable from the Chat Window drop down and select the pages where it should be included in the Include in list view.
- If you enable the Quick Chat Button, it will be displayed above the Add to Cart button in Product pages. On click, a floating chat window is displayed (if not enabled already) and the chat is initiated.
