Installation

  • After installing the plugin, go to System->Configuration in the admin page
  • Select Zoho SalesIQ under Zoho Extensions
  • Click here to sign up for Zoho SalesIQ and get the widget code
  • Paste the widget code in the Chat Widget Code text area
  • If you need a floating chat window, select Enable from the Chat Window drop down and select the pages where it should be included in the Include in list view.
  • If you enable the Quick Chat Button, it will be displayed above the Add to Cart button in Product pages. On click, a floating chat window is displayed (if not enabled already) and the chat is initiated.
