FAQ by customer groups

Providing answers to general or product level questions, even to retail or wholesale clients, is usually a completely different story each. This extension is displaying only the information which the specific customer group should see.

Whilst creating the answer, you see from which customer group the question came. You can associate the question, answer with as many groups you think it should be associated with.

There is for sure some admin notification included, to let you know anytime a question was asked. In addition, you can allow logged in users to get some notification including the answer. You can even allow guest to ask a question and get notified.

The extension provides many options to configure like the amount of questions to display by default, define needed amount of questions for search to display, whether to hide product questions in general FAQ, if not whether to display a product link and many more.

As for the display in frontend, you can define if you want the product FAQ displayed in rwd product view tab, or as additional information below the tabs.

Questions are displayed as accordion, feel free to ask for any type of display type, it will be added to standard on request.
