Product Cart Reservation

Product Cart Reservation is the extension that allows customers to temporarily reserve their products in the shopping cart. The period of time for which the reservation is available is defined by the website admin, according to the sales strategy. With prior customer notification, including a countdown timer on the page, and if the product was not purchased, once the time has expired, the product is removed from the shopping cart and available for other customers.
Customers who have not finished their purchase, but leave your shop, will receive a notification via email, stating that their reserved product is no longer available in the shopping cart. Equally, should they still express the desire of purchasing for the specific product, customers will receive a message informing them that “Last available product is in someone else’s cart and it might become available”.
