Also, you can notify your customers via email on their shipped order with a single click on a check-box.
Your customers will receive an email which includes a link with the direct tracking information of the shipments. Moreover, the link sent to the customer will be customized to their locale. If the customer uses Japanese as his/her base language they will access the tracking information in Japanese otherwise in English.
